How to set up an ergonomic desk?
According to a British study, it states here that people on average sit for 5 hours in the office on a daily basis. In other words, people tend to spend over 60% of their working hours sitting in front of their desks. Prolonged sitting hours can lead to certain health issues if not with the proper posture. Some of the health issues include back pain, neck pain, headache, shoulder pain, and poor digestion…just to name a few. However, this is not merely an issue for adults but for kids as well.
